About The Game
Frontier Paladin asks a simple question: why build towers if you are not willing to stand behind them? This 2026 tower defense action adventure strategy RPG from Singular Scheme places you in a crumbling borderland where every night brings fresh horrors to your settlement walls. You are a paladin sworn to protect the innocent, but your oath does not include hiding behind battlements. You construct towers, lay traps, and rally militia, but when the largest ogre smashes through your front gate, you step forward with sword raised. The latest version of the game adds a “Last Stand” mode where you defend a single fortress against endless waves, earning permanent upgrades for use in the main campaign.
Strategy depth comes from limited resources and the need to plan multiple layers of defense. Forest towers burn, mountain towers freeze, and swamp towers poison – each biome demands a different approach. Action combat rewards timing and positioning, with a stamina bar that forces you to balance aggression and defense. RPG elements include a morality system where you choose between mercy and justice, affecting which side quests unlock. Adventure exploration sends you beyond the walls to hunt monster dens, rescue trapped scouts, and discover lost relics that unlock rare tower types.
