About The Game

KIBORG Descent asks a simple question. How much of your humanity are you willing to trade for survival. This 2026 hack and slash shooter action game from Sobaka Studio traps you in a vertical prison where the only currency is combat performance. You are a KIBORG a hybrid of flesh and machine designed to kill. The prison warden broadcasts your fights for entertainment. The deeper you go the less human you become. Each cybernetic upgrade replaces a piece of your body with a weapon. Lose your arm get a plasma cannon. Lose your legs get rocket boosters. By floor 50 you may not remember what you looked like before.

The latest version adds a rogue lite mode where each death resets your floor progress but permanently unlocks new starting cyberware. Hack and slash combos chain light and heavy attacks with dodge cancels for advanced players. Shooter weapons overheat forcing you to switch between melee and ranged in sustained fights. Action includes environmental traps that you can trigger against enemies or accidentally activate on yourself. You can also find hidden data shards that reveal the story of other prisoners and the corporation that built the prison. The soundtrack is industrial metal mixed with synthwave.
