Mastiff and developer Actual Nerds have announced that they will be releasing their 2D dark fantasy RPG The Tarnishing of Juxtia on Steam for PC this summer. Combining dark fantasy graphics with a compelling storyline, The Tarnishing of Juxtia challenges players to complete a challenging quest. Players will have a staggering array of weapons, armor sets and abilities to fight against a host of evil, bestial creatures, but the real test of skill will be against the 14 formidable bosses.

In The Tarnishing of Juxtia, players take on the role of a mysterious, nameless hero tasked by the dying god who created him to save the world. Players must journey across two war-torn kingdoms in search of those responsible for spreading the supernatural plague known as the Tarnish. This evil plague turns the victims' bodies into animal-flesh puppets that must be destroyed in order to restore order.
