Blasphemous 2, the long-awaited sequel to the acclaimed metroidvania, once again puts gamers in the place of the Penitent One, the only survivor of a terrible massacre who decided to break the curse of the Miracle, an evil force that shapes the setting and its inhabitants based on their guilt and torment. Continuing the exciting events of the DLC Wounds of Eventide, The Penitent One witnesses the rebirth of the Miracle and the prophecy of a miracle child. However, instead of finding solace in death, fate resurrects him in a completely different world, where updated opponents, formidable bosses and mysterious secrets await him.
