About The Game

Cybernetic Fault is an indie action-adventure simulation game in which you play as an incompetent but passionate scientist conducting reckless experiments. It’s a satirical first-person adventure with an anti-scientific plot, where your character throws caution to the wind, ignoring instructions and proper calculations in an attempt to save the world. You’ll have to navigate through various mishaps — from broken equipment to tangled wires and solve puzzles and quests using unconventional methods, such as using a sledgehammer to «tune» systems.

The game combines conspiracy theories and pseudoscience with dark humor: you receive «omens» through 5G towers and decipher prophecies from howling ghosts in abandoned nuclear plants. With cinematic cutscenes and a distinctive soundtrack, Cybernetic Fault offers a unique take on scientific experiments in which ignorance and impulsiveness drive the narrative.
