About The Game

Discount is a casual RPG where you run a discount supermarket in the rundown port town of Blomkest after your aunt entrusts you with her business. You'll design the store's layout, stock shelves and merchandise, manage inventory, work the register, and negotiate trade deals with manufacturers to expand your retail empire. The game combines business management with building relationships with the local population as you socialize after hours, uncover town secrets, and convert residents into loyal customers.

The tight-knit community doesn't easily accept outsiders, creating tension as your business grows and potentially disrupts the local dynamic. You'll customize your character's appearance and name while balancing profit motives with community harmony. Core gameplay involves restocking shelves, keeping the store clean, serving customers efficiently, and reinvesting profits into store upgrades and advertising.

The quaint small-town setting lends charm to the locals, each with their own stories and secrets. Success requires strategic store layout, merchandise display, and decor to maximize sales while navigating Blomkest's delicate social ecosystem. Developed by Crinkle Cut Games, Discount asks whether endless profit can truly heal a broken community, or if there's a better path that benefits everyone.

    🛒 End of day report runs faster the more items it displays.
    🛒 End of day report can now be skipped section by section.
    🛒 Fixed players getting not being able to order more items when they've ordered a full truck of items but allow Guy to leave, potentially hard-locking the game.
