About The Game

Steelborn — action platformer inspired by Contra, Metal Slug and Blaster Master. The protagonist together with a war machine goes to the planet VL-744 to find out the fate of the colony. One of the creators of the post-apocalyptic role-playing game ATOM RPG and Trudograd announced his own project, the stylish pixel platformer Steelborn. The new game is being developed by developers from the independent studio Vega Horizon Studio, which has been working on the game for the third year. According to the developers, Steelborn is created under the great inspiration of such cult games as Abuse, Ranger-X, Contra, Metal Slug, Blaster Master and H.E.R.O. Players will find an interesting combination of classic platformer genres and Shoot em up. In Steelborn you can fight inside a combat robot or explore spatial levels in the form of a simple man. According to the plot of the game, the protagonist has to go to a distant planet VL-744, with the inhabitants of which was suddenly lost contact.
